Free Braces Screening
The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) suggests that every child have a screening and consultation with an orthodontist no later than age 7, even if no orthodontic problems are visible.
The orthodontist can spot small issues in young children before they become more serious problems. Braces treatment that begins while a child is growing helps produce the best results. Most kids get braces between the ages of 7 and 14. Diagnosis may result in treatment at an additional cost to the patient.
